HOME OF 2025 TXW JUNIOR SOFTBALL STATE CHAMPIONS
Our General Membership Meeting has been scheduled for October 21 @6:30pm at IBC Bank (FM 802) - Grand Conference Room. The purpose of this meeting is to review and learn more about our league’s financial status and to elect new board members. If interested in serving to give back to our community, please complete and submit a board member application by October 16.
Anyone that lives in our community can apply and be elected to limited board positions. Board members help steer the league throughout the Spring and Fall Seasons. Board applications and instructions can be found at the bottom of the board member tab of our website.
In operation since 1952, WBLL is the oldest youth sports organization in continuous operation in our community.
We currently have a twenty member board. We conduct Spring and Fall baseball and softball leagues for children ages 4-15. We also have multiple skills clinics outside of seasonal play along with various community events like Halloween Trunk o’ Treat, Movie Nights, and more.
We are proud to differentiate ourselves from other leagues by always publicizing our game schedules, never charging an entry fee to our games, always conducting private background checks on all volunteers to keep our players safe, and always advertising all of our league activities through our website and Facebook page to keep our community informed. We are also proud of the thousands of dollars we have fundraised and donated back to our park for ongoing renovations.
