Our Annual Member’s Meeting has been set for Saturday, October 16 at 1pm. The meeting will be at IBC BANK on FM 802 on the second floor. This meeting is open to the public.
The two items on the agenda include a review of our annual financial report and our election of board members for 2022.
Anyone that meets the definition is eligible to become a board member, as defined by our constitution which can be found on our website. Board members, in turn, elect officers and help steer the league throughout year. Board members usually contribute a minimum of 10-15 hours per month towards league activities, including 1-2 meetings per month, depending on the time of year.
