Coaches' Rules & Safety Meeting
Friday, March 28 - 6-7:30pm @WBLL Park
It is strongly recommended that all managers and coaches from WBLL attend this meeting.
Topics to be discussed include:
- the most mis-understood rules in the Pee Wees, Minors, and Major division.
- ground rules, game preliminaries and mandatory play for all divisions.
- roles of the umpire and manager/coaches to include expectations on the playing field.
- a basic class in first aid.
- other administrative items.

Coaches' Rules Clinic
Saturday, March 29 - 9am-2pm @IBC Bank (FM 802)
This clinic will be more in-depth and will expand on the topics covered at Friday's meeting. This clinic would be very beneficial for all coaches, especially any new coaches and board members.
Topics to be taught include:
- objective of the game
- definitions
- starting and ending games
- live ball
- the batter
- the runner
- the pitcher
The clinic will be taught by World Series and Regional Umpires from District 24 and is open to all Little League coaches/umpires/board members from throughout the valley.
