The new 2018 Little League Bat Standard takes effect on January 1, 2018. This applies to the following Baseball Divisions: Juniors, Intermediate (50/70), Majors, and Minors (coach pitch and machine pitch included). Maximum barrel size will be 2 5/8th and must display the USA Baseball Logo on the handle or Barrel of the bat. 2 1/4 barrel bats are allowed IF they display the USA Baseball Logo. Please remember that bats that were approved in 2017 will no longer be acceptable. In addition, this new standard does not apply to Softball.
