Our GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING has been scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2024 - 6:30PM. The location will be announced prior to the meeting date. The purpose of this meeting is a review of our finances, election of new board members, election of officers, and general announcements.

Board member positions are open to anyone residing in our community who has an interest in serving by helping to steer the league for our upcoming 2025 year. Anyone interested in serving must submit a completed application by the deadline to be considered. The Texas West State Tournament will crown a state champion in all Allstar divisions.  The state tournament for all softball divisions runs July 10-13, and July 12-15 for baseball.  The tournament is being held in Abilene.  

State Champions in 11-12, Juniors (12-14), and Seniors (13-15) divisions in both baseball and softball will advance to US Regionals. In general, the US Regionals Tournaments are where eight state champions vie for the opportunity to advance to the International World Series for each division.
